I’m 44 years old and I have always gone to Victoria’s Secret for my bras. I finally caved in and ordered a few bras from Skims. I threw out all of my Victoria’s Secret bras and I am 100% Skims from now on!! I also ordered the boxer rib set of 3 colors and I love them! I’m just waiting for the matching tank tops to come back in stock. The other thing that I love is if you return something and get a credit you don’t have to pay for return shipping fees.

Would not recommend ordering from SKIMS, the bra I ordered had a very wrinkled bra cup which defeats the purpose of smooth bra. The return/exchange process has been a complete waste of time. There's no number to call so you end up emailing back and forth.

VERY BAD customer service. Ordered a body for €70,- after hestitating a lot, since it is a very high price. But I ended up ordering to spoil myself for once, as I work very hard. At first when it arrived I wanted to return it as the body was NOT WORTH all the money. But the return policy from the Netherlands is ridiculous. If I would return it I would have to pay a lot of money and that was a waste, so I ended up wearing it ONE TIME! After washing it accordingly I wanted to iron the body (ON THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE MY IRON HAS) and the body burnt immediately !!!! I was so in shock as this has NEVER EVER happend to any other clothing before in my entire life. That means the quality is indeed poor. I literaly threw away €70,-. The customer service only wants to give me 15% off on a next purchase, but I will never ever order from SKIMS again as the quality is so low and the customer service fails to help you with your problem or even recognize the issue you're having. Just save your money and buy your body from Zara or something. I had to throw this expensive body in the trash after just wearing it once. Super mad about it!!!

Ordered an open bust, sculpting, thong bodysuit. Waited over a week for it to be delivered. Finally came today and they’ve sent, essentially, the complete opposite. I received a mid-thigh, fully busted bodysuit, In a size medium…. I am a large. Got in contact on the online chat and been told to send the item back to DHL but the warehouse isn’t allowed ti send a replacement of the item I actually paid money for and better yet; if the item isn’t in stock in my size/colour I need to go on the waiting list. Absolutely disgraceful.

Absolutely garbage customer service. I returned a product I didn’t like and they kept telling me that DHL did not return it to the proper address so I will not be getting a refund. I reached out to DHL and they did in fact drop it off at the correct location and got it signed for too! They argued me back and forth, refused to respond to my emails, and I had to open a claim with my credit card to dispute the charge. SKIMS is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with on a return. The product I ordered was pretty garbage too. So thin, didn’t do anything for “shapewear”, just a piece of overpriced material.

Purchased the two piece bikini against my better judgment from skims. After seeing some terrible reviews it still did not prepare me for the two tones of „coco“ my bikini was. Just upon opening my purchase it was obvious the top was darker. I was willing to let it go but the stitching in the bottoms was so damaged I couldn’t excuse the expensive purchse with the poor quality. Overpriced, badly made and lets not forget the astronomical return charge for shipping it from Germany to USA. Never again!

Despite measuring myself and selecting the size accordingly, one bra was too big and dropped off me, while the other one was way too small. When attempting to return (I saw the prominent message about Free returns), I ended up spending over £15 on returning items from the UK. In the modern world, this is a very deceiving customer approach. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from the UK to buy unless you are certain of the model and how it would fit you. Will never buy again.

I am a UK size 14/16 I purchased 2 bralets size L/XL that came back way too small so have them to my sister a UK 8/10. I then ordered more bralets size X2/X3 and still too small along with a fits everybody bandeau, all 4 garments way too small to wear with any degree of comfort. I should have sent the entire order back but the briefs are fantastic. Anyway really disappointed as still don’t have any new bralets to wear 🥹

they only ship through UPS which is seriously the worst. shipping and tracking were so slow and my packages got sent to the wrong town both times I ordered and had to be rerouted which lengthened the shipping process.

The products itself are amazing, the customer service is beyond horrid! I am not surprised to see such a low score for customer service. I hate that I will keep spending money here because of how good the products are. I feel like they know this and can settle for subpar Customer services. Very disappointed.

I purchased the Everyone strapless bra but was really disappointed. The model models doesn't reflect the product and the website photos shows a breast shape. In reality it is a bandeau bra which squeezes down and you end up with a boob sausage plus a weird shape from squeezing. Although the quality is excellent, don't waste your money. Maidenform is an excellent brand, should have spent that bit more for a truly fabulous bra.

I think it’s strange that I am never able to leave a review of the items I’ve purchased. Even when I reached out to let them know the link did not work they didn’t do anything about it. On one order I never even received an option to review the items. This is probably why I can’t seem to order the right size in something because there are no reviews by real customers. It’s a great brand with a few flaws.

Ordered two items, one of them being a white smoothing t-shirt. Item turns up with the stitching coming apart (bare in mind its £58 for essentially a basic white tee). Complained to skims as the item is faulty and the seam issue will only get worse if I wear it, and the most they've offered to do is take 25% off the price.

I was sold a BATHING suit you can't BATHE in and after I complained was told basically too bad there was a disclaimer (that I never saw) staying my $119 bathing suit can't be used in the water WHO THE HELL DOES THAT!? They would give me a credit, refund or anything!! They only offered me a 15% off coupon for my next order NO NEED! I'll never buy from them again!!! Terrible customer service! Kim k rich and can't even credit my FAULTY ASS BATHING SUIT!

horrible customer service. bought an item that did not fit properly. started the return process and requested a full refund not a store credit. Mailed the item back and then received an email telling me that I had a store credit for the full amount. I contacted customer service, of which they do not have a phone number to talk to an actual person and they replied that since the return was already sent back, they couldn't just refund my money like I requested. They then told me to talk to customer service to use the live chat that is online of which you cannot find. I then emailed them again and said I didn't ask for store credit but a full refund. they gave me the same canned response...sorry but not sorry. I ended up buying some useless sleepwear and a useless headband. this was one of the most unprofessional and worst experiences I've had online and would never recommend any woman to use this site or product because if you don't like it and want your money back you are screwed.
